Notifying End Users about Expiring Entitlements
This section walks through the process of configuring FlexNet Operations to send renewal reminders to end users who have expiring entitlements. In these exercises, you use the account, user, product, and entitlement created in the early exercises of the section Getting Started with Entitlement Management, and add expiring and renewal line items to see how the job operates.
Remember to check the prerequisites in the Introduction before starting these exercises. See Exercise Prerequisites.

Viewing the Expiring Entitlements Page and Receiving Renewal Notifications |
To understand what is sent to the end user, this exercise uses an end-user account to see the entitlements approaching their expiration dates on the Expiring Entitlements page, see the emailed renewal notification for those entitlements, and send a request to renew selected entitlements to the producer. |
