Reports

The Analytics Reports (available from the Analytics menu) are an easy-to use tool for ad-hoc reporting and data analysis. The table format provides an easy way to view the data and perform various analytical functions, such as grouping, sorting, and filtering. For more information the available tools, see the sections Sorting Data in Tables and Filtering Data.

Any filters that you define for a report will persist when you navigate away from the report and return to it at a later time within the same FlexNet Operations session. However, when you log out of FlexNet Operations, filters are reset to their default values.

The following table lists the available reports along with a short description:

To see a diagram that indicates the relationships between the various entities that are returned by the FlexNet Operations Data Access API, refer to the Data Access API Entity Relationship Diagram and Field Descriptions.
